- On-site billing
- Billed hourly after a 1-hour minimum; request a quote for your visit
- Deposit
- $50 to book. The $50 deposit isn't an extra fee. It's credited toward your final invoice at the end of the project.
- Cancellations
- Cancellations under 24 hours forfeit the $50 deposit
- Adult present
- An adult (18+) must be present for the full visit
- Eligibility
- Residential rates apply to personal, non-commercial private residences only
- Business setups
- Business rates apply to income-generating, home-based business, remote professional, or nonprofit setups
- Reclassification
- Nice2GeekYou may reclassify Residential → Business at technician discretion; client pays Business Rate plus applicable commercial diagnostic fees

We offer one-time remote support and on-site home tech visits for private residences. We come to you, serving San Antonio and surrounding areas. That covers home computers, virus removal, home networks and personal tech, plus Cat6 and Wi-Fi for home offices.
How do I book a home tech visit?
Book remote or on-site service online, request a quote, or call (210) 920-8882. A $50 deposit gets you on the schedule. The $50 deposit isn't an extra fee. It's credited toward your final invoice at the end of the project. Cancellations under 24 hours forfeit the deposit, and an adult 18 or older must be present for the full visit.
How is on-site home service billed?
On-site residential visits are billed hourly after a one-hour minimum, and the minimum applies to all visits. Remote and on-site work, and any travel to your home, is quoted up front, so you know what to expect before a technician is scheduled.
Can you fix a broken laptop or computer?
We don't offer computer repair or drop-off service, and there's no office to visit. For device repairs we refer you to a trusted local partner. We can still help at home with networks, Wi-Fi, Cat6 wiring and everyday tech support, on-site or remote.
Who qualifies for residential rates?
Residential rates apply to personal, non-commercial private residences only. Income-generating, home-based business, remote professional and nonprofit setups use business rates, and Nice2GeekYou may reclassify a visit from residential to business at the technician's discretion. Business clients can compare managed IT plans on the plans page.
