How do I get on the schedule?

Call us or send the quote form. A $50 deposit is required before we can put anyone on the schedule: the team sends the deposit link along with a proposed time, and as soon as the deposit is paid, you're on the schedule. The $50 deposit isn't an extra fee. It's credited toward your final invoice at the end of the project. We never take card numbers over the phone. For residential visits, cancellations under 24 hours forfeit the deposit.

How much will my project cost?

It depends on the job: the site, the scope and the timeline. The team covers pricing when they reach out to schedule. Our Managed IT plan options are listed on the plans page.

Do you work with custom home builders and commercial contractors?

Yes. We coordinate fiber, structured cabling and Wi-Fi installs around construction schedules, so data runs go in after electrical rough and before insulation and drywall.

Can you help with HIPAA / WISP requirements?

Yes. Our Managed IT practice supports compliance controls and WISP readiness for healthcare and other regulated teams: patching, backups, account permissions and the documentation that goes with them.

What does an on-site network assessment include?

We review cabling paths, Wi-Fi coverage, switch and firewall health, and cloud connectivity, then deliver prioritized recommendations.

I'm an existing client. How do I request support?

Open a ticket anytime in the client portal, or call us. The portal is where existing clients sign in to submit and track requests.

Do you offer remote support?
