Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Nice2GeekYou (“we”, “us”) collects through nice2geekyou.net, portal.nice2geekyou.net, our phone line and our text messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- Quote and estimate forms. Your name, email, phone number, company, city, the service you're interested in, your timing and anything you write in the message box.
- Optional call consent. If you check the optional consent box on a form, we record that you agreed, along with the version of the consent wording you saw. The form works without it.
- Phone calls. When you call (210) 920-8882, the call may be answered by an AI voice assistant. The call may be recorded and is transcribed and summarized so our team can follow up. The caller ID number and the details you share become part of your request.
- Text messages. Texts from us come from (210) 504-8969. We keep the messages you send us and your number so we can reply.
- Client portal. Existing clients who sign in at portal.nice2geekyou.net provide an email address and sign-in details. We use them to verify your identity, keep you signed in and show your support tickets.
- Email. Anything you send to our email addresses.
Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, how you arrived (for example a search or an ad), and events such as submitting a form or tapping a phone link. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to do this. We do not send the contents of your form (name, email, phone or message) to analytics.
- Ad measurement. If you arrive from one of our ads, the site keeps the ad click identifier and campaign tags for up to 90 days in your browser (local storage and a first-party cookie) and includes them with any form you submit, so we can tell which ads lead to real requests.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard request data such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
How we use information
- To respond to your request, give you a quote and schedule work.
- To call you back about your request. If you gave the optional consent, that call may use an automated or AI voice.
- To send texts and emails about your request, appointment or support ticket.
- To run the client portal and provide support to existing clients.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
- To keep business records and meet legal obligations.
How information is shared
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that work for us, such as the companies that host our website, email, documents, phone and text systems, the client portal sign-in, and analytics, and only so they can provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- Calls and texts: say “stop” on a call or reply STOP to a text at any time, and we'll stop contacting you that way.
- Cookies and analytics: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
- Access, correction or deletion: email us and we'll help, subject to records we need to keep for business or legal reasons.
Retention
We keep request, call and support records for as long as we need them to serve you and for our business and legal records, then delete them.
Children
Our website and services are for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the effective date above.
