Standard Rate: $180/hour
Emergency/Weekend Rate: $300/hour
(1-hour minimum applies to all visits)
Residential Service Terms & Conditions
- Rates: Our residential onsite rate is $180 per hour (1-hour minimum), billed in Hourly increments thereafter.
- Deposit: A $50 deposit is required to book your appointment. This amount is credited toward your final bill. (Example: If the job takes 1 hour, you will owe the remaining $130 at the end of the visit).
- Cancellations: We value your time and ours. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the $50 deposit.
- Service Area: Standard rates apply to Helotes & San Antonio (Inside Loop 1604). Locations outside Loop 1604 are subject to a $100 Trip Charge.
- Adult Presence: An adult (18+) must be present at the residence for the duration of the service.

Service Terms & Process - How Drop-Offs Work Description:
We prioritize transparency. Here is our simple 3-step intake process:
- Book & Drop Off: Schedule a time to drop your device at our Helotes, 410 & I-10, or Stone Oak office.
- All-Inclusive Service Fee: A $180 flat fee is required to book. This covers your full diagnostic, the primary repair labor, and our Complete System Tune-Up.
- Revived & Secure: We fix the hardware issue and optimize your system performance. If a specialized or high-cost part is required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
